About Us
Hi. We are Ron and Mary Lou Clark and we are owners and Inn keepers of Clarks Country Inn.
We grew up on farms with Angus Cattle and Quarter Horses. We are Grandparents, former teachers and Apartment Managers. Ron was a part time auctioneer specializing in antiques.
Interests include wood carving, collecting moose, Native American books, snowmen, cookbooks and more. Ron is a lifetime St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan.
Clark's Country Inn - Bed and Breakfast
Welcome to Clark's Country Inn Bed and Breakfast, located in Iowa's Antique City, Walnut, Iowa.
We're located 45 minutes East of Omaha, NE or 75 minutes West of Des Moines, IA, and only 1 mile south of I-80 at Exit 46.
The Bed & Breakfast Inn
The
quiet and relaxing two story home was built in
1912. Located one block off main street, it is furnished
with authentic antiques, only four blocks from 150
antique dealers in Iowa's Antique City.
The Inn was established in June, 1991. Since then, we have had over 9,000 guests from 44 states, 16 countries, and 5 continents. Many guests have returned numerous times.
Guests
have the use of the Living Room, Dining Room, and
Guest Den, with cable TV, DVD, books, magazines,
and piano.
Just outside, our guests enjoy the
porch swing and the secluded, landscaped deck surrounded
with sumac, waterfall and pond.

Reservation Info
Our 3 remodeled guest rooms have private baths with King or Queen beds, central air and electric blankets. Sales & Hotel taxes & a full breakfast is included in the $70 rate.

There is a limit of two persons per room. The Inn
is non smoking. Children 12 and over are accepted.
No pets.
